PlastiVerd HOT
PLASTIVERD HOT is a homopolymer of PET (Polyethylene-Terephthalate), delivered in resin pellets. It is recommended for the packaging of products that require a high temperature during cooking, for instance dual ovenable trays for ready meals. It has a high crystallization speed and mechanical strength. Trays made with PLASTIVERD HOT plus nucleating additives can resist up to 220ºC in conventional ovens and microwaves. This thermal resistance allows trays to be taken directly from the freezer and heated in a microwave oven.
